Step Back in Time: Great Langton’s Classic Summer Fete Returns to Langton Farm Northallerton, UK
Dust off your picnic rugs and polish your classic motors! The highly anticipated Great Langton Church Fete is back, promising a quintessential English summer afternoon at the picturesque Langton Farm in Great Langton.
Set against the backdrop of beautiful, sprawling gardens open for public enjoyment, this year’s fete offers something for everyone to enjoy:
Entertainment & Displays: Tap your toes to traditional Morris dancers and admire an impressive lineup of vintage and classic motors. Got a vintage ride? All classic vehicle owners are warmly invited to bring their vehicles along to join the show and compete in the afternoon judging! This year, judging is in the hands of Nigel Corner, High Sheriff of North Yorkshire, with a prize for the vehicle the judge would most like to take home.
Food & Drink: Indulge in tea and cakes in the garden, satisfy your appetite at the BBQ stall in the field, and cool off with a refreshing pint at the beer tent. We do try to cater for everyone with meat, vegan and gluten free options too!
Family Fun: Test your luck at our traditional tombola and raffle, browse local plants and crafts stands and delicious cake stalls, bring your four-legged friends to enter the lively dog shows, and why not bringing your children in their favorite fancy dress (we have a face paint stall too!). Need a break from the bustle? Pop into our quiet tent for a peaceful moment away from the crowds.
