With regard to children matters we offer a caring approach to all aspects of contact and residence issues, adoption and care proceedings. Wills and Probate

We can arrange home visits and hospital visits if you are unable to come to our offices. Following the death of a relative we can take the burden from you at this difficult time and deal with all aspects of the administration of your loved one’s estate, including completing Inland Revenue documentation, obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration and preparation of Deeds of Variation to minimise the Inheritance Tax payable.
Advising the Elderly
We live so much longer now and as a consequence we need extra help in sorting out our affairs. We offer home and hospital visits and we can see you out of normal office hours. We specialise in Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship including registration, and advice on benefits, Care fee funding and applications for attendance allowances.
