North Yorkshire Horizons

We offer access to experienced and professional teams who work with individuals on their journey to recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.

When you join the service, you will be allocated a key worker who will support you throughout your treatment and help you develop a Recovery Plan, that’s built around you and your circumstances.

The North Yorkshire Horizons Service is provided, on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council, by DISC, CGL and  Spectrum.

There are a number of opportunities to volunteer and work within the North Yorkshire Horizons service. We welcome suggestions for new volunteering opportunities that aren’t currently available – please discuss any ideas with a member of staff.

In the future, it may be possible to look at volunteering to deliver holistic therapies within the service, dependent on the appropriate safeguards being put in place.
