The Forum Volunteer Recruitment
Do you have a love of cinema and the performing arts? Do you have some spare time you’d like to use to benefit the community? Would you like to meet new people and learn new skills? If so, why not volunteer at The Forum Northallerton.
We offer a diverse programme of events and activities, including a range of live music, theatre, comedy, cinema and community events.
The Forum has an existing team of fantastic volunteers who help by giving their time, skills, energy and enthusiasm to help make the organisation tick. But we always need more help! This can be in many forms, and there are a variety of roles to suit people who have a regular amount of time to give, or who can only help for a couple of hours every now and again. And, of course, everything in between!
We need volunteers for the following areas and roles: Front of House, Stewarding, Bar Work, Cinema Projectionists, Admin, Finance, Sound and Lighting Technicians and much more. If you’re interested in any of these roles, even if you have no experience, get in touch! There are so many rewarding aspects to volunteering at The Forum, including:
– Developing your skills in a variety of roles
– Becoming a team member and gaining knowledge and experience
– Meeting new people and being a part of the community
– Training and support for every role you are interested in
– Volunteer incentives
– Group activities, such as barbeques, afternoon tea and quizzes.
– And much more!
Come and see and enjoy some of what we do at The Forum!
